| Travis Speegle
Owner of Fitness Together - Stockton
Author of “STOP WORKING OUT!”
Travis Speegle was that uncoordinated, “rollie pollie”
kid that got picked last for all the team sports. Finding success
as a competitive swimmer (likely due to his buoyancy), Travis learned
early in his life that physical fitness was a truly effective way
to increase self-esteem, energy levels and quality of life. This
spurred a lifelong passion for discovering the most effective and
efficient means of improving fitness levels.
Travis earned his first certification as a personal fitness trainer
in 1989 from CSU Hayward and began getting impressive results for
individuals as young as 15 and as experienced as 95. Following nearly
15 years of experience, continuing education and involvement with
all aspects of the fitness industry, Travis became frustrated and
started his own company,
Evolution
Fitness Coaching. Consumers were being deceived, misled and
in many cases lied to by savvy marketers looking to sell the latest
magic pill, product or diet that simply doesn’t work to produce
real, long lasting results. In an effort to get true fitness information
into the hands of a widespread group of consumers, Travis wrote
the book STOP
WORKING OUT! (2004 Wasteland Press).
Following up on the continued success of the book, Travis realized
that he needed a venue in which to serve a greater number of clients
on an individual basis in which fitness success could be guaranteed.
In October 2005, he opened a Fitness Together location in Stockton,
California with a team of extraordinary coaches that provide first
class, one-on-one fitness training in an unparalleled, private training
environment. |

| Lisa Speegle
Owner / Marketing & Operations
On one long commute in January 2005, Lisa realized that she had
to make a change! After spending more than 10 years in corporate
marketing she was overweight and tired of living in the corporate
“hamster wheel”. She started by making better decisions
about her diet and putting an end to her fitness excuses. Lisa began
studying fitness and hired a personal trainer, no not her husband
(couples cannot effectively train each other). She soon realized
consistency and accountability were the true keys to fitness.
In May 2005, the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified
Lisa as a personal trainer. While enjoying her new Size 6 wardrobe,
Lisa realized the effect fitness had on her life and wanted to help
others rediscover their youth and vitality. Combining her extensive
business background and her passion for health & fitness, Lisa
decided to leave her corporate marketing career and join her husband’s
company, Evolution
Fitness Coaching.
Lisa is actively coaching individuals in-person and online towards
a healthier lifestyle. In 2006, she became a Z-Health certified
trainer and started a free advice/motivational blog, “101
Reasons Why You Can’t…”. In addition, Lisa
continues to consult with a variety of businesses regarding business
development, marketing and sales. |

Eric Johnson
Managing Partner/Head Coach
Eric began his health and fitness journey at the age of six when he first
started training in martial arts. For the past 22 years he has studied several
styles of martial arts and enjoyed many forms of strength and fitness training.
Currently a practitioner of the Filipino fighting arts and Kettlebell lifting,
he has been instructing clients for over six years in health and fitness training.
Eric is a certified Russian Kettlebell Instructor, Z-Health trainer and a certified
personal trainer through ISSA, Fitness Together, and Evolution Fitness Coaching.
His main goal is to expose the benefits of health and fitness through the applications
of Kettlebell lifting and martial arts training while expelling the myths created
by fitness propaganda.

Jessica Montenegro
Coach
Jessica has had a true passion for helping others all of her life.
Having coached and supported individuals through some of life’s
greatest challenges, she found fitness and nutrition to be incredibly
powerful catalysts for lifelong change. She has earned certifications
as a Fitness Trainer from Fitness Together and Evolution Fitness
Coaching and is currently pursuing a degree in nutrition. Jessica’s
personal experience in conjunction with a never-ending thirst for
knowledge, a commitment to excellence and an infectious positive
attitude continue to translate into amazing results for her clients. |

David Escalante
Professional Fitness Coach
David Escalante joins
Fitness Together with a wealth of experience working directly with clients in
both personal training and physical therapy settings. He has earned Certifications
as a Therapy Technician from Maric College and as a Personal Trainer from the
National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Evolution Fitness Coaching and Fitness
Together. A brief exploration of work in the corporate world has helped to clarify
David's true passion for physical fitness and helping individuals overcome the
challenges required to truly live their lives at the fullest. His experience,
both as a professional and an athlete, combined with the passion for helping
others will certainly continue to produce outstanding results for his clients.

Josh England
Professional Fitness Coach
Josh England was the
quintessential skinny kid that turned to weight training as a way to increase
self-esteem and athletic performance. In the process he developed a true passion
for athletics and physical training. A never ending quest for knowledge has led
Josh through extensive professional training from the International Sports Sciences
Association (ISSA), Evolution Fitness Coaching and Fitness Together, thus earning
certification as a Personal Trainer. Josh now brings a well rounded, caring,
driven approach to coaching clients, of all skill levels, in the achievement
of their personal fitness goals.
